Mind Body & Soul Art Retreat - Full day 10am to 4pm. Start your day with a meditation. Then enjoy a bush walk through amazing bushland with the chance of viewing kangaroos, echidnas, koalas, amazing variety of birds and a huge array of flora. Return to enjoy a body or face treatment (1hr 10min) of your choice then relax with a light lunch & herbal tea. You then enjoy a Vibrational Wellbeing Treatment preparing you to work on a canvas of Art (No art experience necessary).
